Rosa Maria Bianchi

With almost four decades of artistic career, Rosa María Bianchi is one of the most respected actresses in the industry due to the quality of her work.

After training at the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT) and the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA), she began her career on the small screen as part of projects such as "Monte Calvario", " Cuna de Lobos", " El extraño retorno de Diana Salazar" and "Teresa", classic titles of Mexican television.

These participations would be followed by projects such as "Mujeres Asesinas" (Televisa); "Yago" (Televisa); "José José José: El príncipe de la canción" (Fox Telecolombia); "Monarca" (Netflix), work for which she would receive a Platinum Award nomination for Best Female Supporting Actress in a Series (2022); and "La Suerte de Loli" (Telemundo), sharing credits with Silvia Navarro and Osvaldo Benavides.

Thanks to her versatility, Bianchi has also been part of outstanding film projects, among which she lists "Miroslava" (Dir. Alejandro Pelayo); "Amores Perros" (Dir. Alejandro González Iñárritu); "Por la Libre" (Dir. Juan Carlos de Llaca); "Nicotina" (Dir. Hugo Rodríguez), for which she received the Ariel Award for Best Actress (2004); "Morirse en domingo" (Dir. Daniel Gruener); "Perpetuum Mobile" (Dir. Nicolás Pereda); "Sabrás qué hacer conmigo" (Dir. Katina Medina Mora), for which she was nominated for the Diosa de Plata for Best Female Lead; and "Si yo fuera tú" (Dir. Alejandro Lubezki).

In theater he has participated in productions such as "La sombra del caudillo", "Mujeres que sueñan caballos", "Ahora y en la hora", "De la vida de las marionetas", "La divina Sarah", "Entre mujeres" and "Jacques y su amo", among others, under the direction of figures such as Ludwik Margules, Luis de Tavira, Julio Castillo and José Caballero.
