Director, writer and DP born in Tijuana, Baja California. She graduated CUM LAUDE from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica with a degree in directing. Her debut documentary "Norte" won at GIFF and received a special mention at DocsMx. She has directed and written fiction and documentary short films such as "Apnea" (Winner of 6 crystal screens and official selection at Huelva, Havana Film Festival, Cinequest, FICM, GIFF, Kinoforum, among others), "Golden Malibu" (Official selection at FICM, GIFF, Palm Springs, and Kinoforum Sao Paulo), "Golden Malibu" (Official selection at FICM, GIFF, Palm Springs. Audience Award at Kinoforum Sao Paulo and best short film at Houston Latino Filmfest and Le chien qui aboie). In television, she directed with Everardo González the documentary series "Anatomía del mal" and "Marea Alta" ViX. She has also participated as director and/or writer in programs such as "Stories of a generation" for Netflix, "Erótica" for Pantaya, "Mariachi Camargo" for Canal 14, and as director of photography in "Cenizas de la Gloria", "Anatomía del mal" both for ViX and "Villamiseria".
