Javier Rey is the man of a thousand faces. This Spanish actor was initially recognized in "La chica de ayer", a series of Antena 3. Later, he participated in "8 dates", a film that was a great success at the Spanish box office, "Kiki así se hace el amor", directed by Paco León; and "Sin fin", by award-winning directors Cesar Esteban Alenda and Jose Esteban Alenda. For "Sin fin", he won a Best Actor award at the Malaga Film Festival. Javier rose to fame playing Mateo Ruiz in the TV series "Velvet", making Mateo one of the most beloved characters by the audience; reprising this role in "Velvet: Collection". We also see him in the first season of "Fariña", a series created by the writers of Velvet, and in Netflix's "Hache". As well as in the recent feature films, "El verano que vivimos", "Orígenes secretos" and "¿Qué te juegas?".
