Angélica Gudiño was born in Mexico City and studied Hispanic Literature at UNAM. Before working as a screenwriter, she had six years of experience in television, digital and print media.
Juan Carlos Garzón, also from Mexico City, holds a degree in Philosophy from UNAM. Since 2010, he has worked as a scriptwriter and creative consultant in the production of Eugenio Derbez; since 2015, he has held the same position for 3PAS Studios, L.A.
As of 2015, the two are partnering on film screenwriting - collaborating with All About Media on the development of "Thirty-Something, Single and Fantastic" (2016), "Tenants" (2018) y "Twentysomething, Divorced and Fantastic" (2020). Angie and Juan develop "When I'm Young" for 3PAS Studios, they also begin an enduring collaboration with Draco Films - the product of which Home Office has been released to date: A Tale of Mirreyes vs. Godínez (2020), "Mirreyes vs. Godinez 2: The Retreat" (2022) y "Surviving My XV" (2023), while the following are in post-production. "De qué manera te olvido" y "Nuestros Tiempos" are in post-production.
They have written for the production company Perro Azul, and recently wrote an adaptation for Fábula, and "Butterflies Fly Loops" for Wild Sheep - both currently in pre-production.
On TV, they have co-written about twenty episodes of the series "Se Rentan Cuartos" (Comedy Central), and are currently involved in the development of a sketch series for Visceral Studios. (Comedy Central), and are currently involved in the development of a sketch series for Visceral Studios.
